East PA Regional Director
Stephen Riley has been in local church pastoral ministry for over twenty years. He and his family moved to the Philadelphia area to start ministries that reach the unchurched with the truth and compassion of Jesus Christ. While starting this “tent-making” ministry, Stephen has been in business in the reverse mortgage industry and most recently in hospital chaplaincy. His primary goal is to be in the world but not of it – shining the only true light and hope of Jesus Christ.
Before moving to Philadelphia, Stephen was the Family Life and Youth Pastor at DOVE Christian Fellowship Westgate in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. He has a passion for families, a heart for men, and a vision for intergenerational ministry in the local church. One of his greatest honors is to lead young men and women toward their initiation into Godly strength and beauty.
Stephen grew up in Lynchburg, VA and graduated from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK with a degree in Business Administration. While living and ministering as youth pastor and church education director in Shelbyville, Kentucky, Stephen earned a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. Stephen and his lovely wife, Delisa, have four enjoyable children- Paul, Daniel, Michael, (all teenagers) and Jana (their little princess).
If you run into Stephen in Philadelphia, he will probably have a young man close by for mentoring or you’ll find him facilitating a Bible study in a home among the inner city poor.
