
WENDELL MORTON – Chairman of the Board
Wendell Morton is currently the Executive Director of Men’s Ministry Catalyst (MMC). MMC is a Christ centered, ministry to men, that is committed to fulfilling the Great Commission to go and make disciples. Wendell leads this ministry to focus on equipping churches and denominations with biblically based resources, counsel, and services to help them build an engaging ministry to men.
Prior to MMC, Wendell spent over 20 years in Corporate America. It was there he successfully led Sales Teams as a Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo and continued to enjoy success while leading sales teams while partnering with multiple Banks as a Senior Leader at Worldpay. Some of these teams would work with small business, while other teams would work with Fortune 500 companies.
Wendell also spent 17 years in ministry. The first thirteen of those were in the local church, that last four were with Promise Keepers. Whether it was Pastoral Ministry, National Ministry with Promise Keepers, or corporate work, God has uniquely positioned Wendell to touch lives so they can move forward in relationship with others, they can grow spiritually, repair personal relationships, and expand professionally. Wendell lives in Littleton, CO with his wife Deb and their Great Dane. He has two adult children. His son lives in Colorado and his daughter lives in New Hampshire.
Robert J. Zavaglia, Jr. - Vice-Chairman
Rob is an attorney who has practiced primarily in Colorado for the past 20 years after earning his law degree in St. Louis and an MBA at the University of Denver. His client portfolio includes a spectrum from Fortune 10 corporations to closely-held family businesses.
In addition to ACG Rob is active with his home church and several other local faith-based outreaches, both in leadership and service capacities.
MARGO BEASLEY – Secretary/Non-Voting Member
Margo has been the Administrative Assistant to a Chosen Generation since April 2017. She has worked as an Administrative Assistant, Staff Accountant, Senior Financial Analyst and a Bookkeeper. Margo has been involved in serving her church in various capacities – from helping in the nursery, leading Awana groups for 15 years, serving as a MOPS leader and leading a Young Families Sunday school with her husband.
She enjoys kayaking on the beautiful Colorado lakes near her home with the family and reading. Margo also enjoys visiting zoos when we travel around the country with her second daughter (who works with animals)

Margo also enjoys visiting zoos when we travel around the country with her second daughter (who is studying to become a zookeeper)!
ANDY ADDIS
Andy is married to Kathy and they have two wonderful adult sons and daugher-in-laws: Noah and Joy and Nathan and Haley.
Andy is the Lead Teaching and Vision Pastor at CrossPoint Church, a rural, video-driven multisite based in Hutchinson, Kansas. He is the primary content producer for their congregation and leader of the location pastors. Andy has been serving at CrossPoint for 19 years. He also serves as the Volunteer State Director of Evangelism for the Kansas Nebraska Convention of Southern Baptists, and the North American Mission Board’s Volunteer Rural Strategist on the Replant Team. Andy has published 4 books, including “Blotch”, “Reading It Right” and “Count It All Joy” Devotional.
Andy has been married to his beautiful wife Kathy Addis for 27 years, who I stole from Oklahoma, and they are the proud parents of 2 adult sons who are pursuing ministry careers. He enjoys motivational speaking and writing. In his free time, Andy plays Disc Golf, Jazz Saxophone and supports a man cave habit of prepping for survival!
RAY MORGAN
Ray is a retired State Farm Insurance Agent after 38 years of service to his community and has owned his own business. He also has many years in Human Resources for several companies prior to his time at State Farm Insurance.
Ray has been involved with several men’s ministries, including over ten years as a volunteer with Promise Keepers, Iron Sharpens Iron, Men at the Cross and many others. He has served on several boards for local servant ministries and was Co-Chairman at the local Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast for twenty years. Ray lives in Illinois with his wife, Mary.
JOHN NUNNALLY
John Nunnally is most at home in the woods, tromping through God’s creation with his wife, Amy, and their three children. Yet when in the city, he is blessed to be the lead pastor of Legacy Christian Fellowship in Thornton, Colorado. After many years of leading worship in churches and working in the legal field, the Lord transitioned John into pastoral leadership where he planted one church and then took the helm to replant Legacy.
As part of the Calvary Chapel movement, John is passionate about teaching the Word of God and making the Bible come alive in people’s daily lives. God is using all the lessons learned from John’s childhood in the deep South, his college days at Auburn University, thirteen years in commercial litigation, and a master’s degree from Calvary Chapel University to advance the Kingdom. John desires that discipleship in Christ continues from early childhood to our final days as we are being perfected, yet never truly arriving until Jesus arrives again!
JAIME OLIVAREZ
Bookkeeper Jaime has been doing non-profit and church bookkeeping for 15+ years. She has been married to her husband, Isaac, for almost 19 years and they have three amazing children. Jaime and Isaac lead an inner-city dinner church in Five Points in Denver, CO that reaches marginalized communities. She loves working with non-profits and churches and helping them establish best practices when it comes to their books.
As a family they love the mountains and the beach. They enjoy hiking and camping and you will often find them heading West.
Troy Reichert
Troy Reichert is the Chief Revenue Officer of Coral. In his role he oversees all business development strategies working with advisors, medical providers and industry leaders to expand the adoption and utilization of self-funded medical plans and direct provider relationships. He is an “evangelist” for free market healthcare, fair & transparent pricing and choice for employers, employees and individuals seeking medical care and services.
He holds degrees from two of the nation’s most prestigious universities. His Bachelor of Arts degree was earned at Wheaton College in Chicago, followed by completion of the MBA program at Vanderbilt University’s Owen School of Management. Additionally, Troy was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from the Trinity Theological Seminary of South Florida. He is also a multiple year recipient of the GAMA Leadership Award.
For more than 30 years, Troy has been an effective leader and public speaker. His motivational and collaborative problem-solving skills are exemplary. He has traveled around the country working with clients, developing creative solutions and talking to groups about change management.
Troy’s passion for motivation, leadership and education runs deep, extending well beyond work and career. He is a volunteer with Junior Achievement teaching students about work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy and has been an active coach in little league and high school sports.
Troy and his wife have been married for over 35 years and have a daughter, three sons and two grandchildren. He is an avid outdoorsman, photographer and writer.
Liz Selzer, PhD (education), MDiv., MA (counseling).
Dr. Liz Selzer was the owner of the Mentor Leadership Team, a consulting and training company that helps organizations unleash the potential of their people. Dr. Selzer’s passion for helping organizations better value and engage employees led to numerous articles on mentoring and the publication of her three books: 3G Mentoring, Your Culture at its Strongest and Real Leaders. Her radio show, Mentoring across Differences or MAD radio was a top rated digital program for two years. Her published dissertation demonstrated the positive longitudinal effectiveness of mentoring as an adult learning strategy.
As an internationally sought after speaker and trainer, Dr. Selzer has trained in leadership development on six continents and throughout the United States. Her clients include a wide range of organizations: Compassion international, MOPS international, Network on International Christian Schools, Christian Leadership Association, Youth for Christ, YUM! Foods, McGraw Hill, NASA, and Good Samaritan Hospitals to name a few. She also has taught theology and organizational leadership at several universities. She know works as the Global Director of Learning and Development for Wilbur-Ellis.
ANDREA SHULER
Andrea Shuler was an educator for seven years and an athletic director for nearly four years. She moved to Austin, TX from the beautiful state of Colorado, where she developed a talent and love of sports. Andrea earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University and her Master’s in Teaching from the University of Northern Colorado.
While teaching, she revived a high school track program as the head coach in Colorado Springs and took athletes to the State Championship consecutive seasons. Multiple athletes placed; one claimed the title of “State Champion!” When Andrea moved to Texas, she started a middle school track program that also found success in its first year ─ all the way to the State Championship! Following those achievements, she coached a girls basketball team to playoffs in the second year of the school’s existence.
In addition to serving as a classroom teacher, a PE teacher and a two-sport coach, Shuler was instrumental in starting an Athletics program at an Austin area public charter school. She successfully initiated sports programs while balancing the mission of the school and the desires of the students. She took her talents and dedication to another public charter school, where despite a global pandemic, Andrea directed programs that once again led to regional and state championships in multiple sports!
Andrea has a passion for working with youth, and she is a strong encourager. She loves culture, and seeks out opportunities to enhance her American Sign Language and Spanish speaking skills. Andrea is confident that her unique balance of experiences as teacher, coach and athletic director, as well as her ambitious and collaborative personality, will help her find great success in whatever new position the Lord has for her!
