Vision
To see a dynamic worldwide movement of reproducing intergenerational churches reproducing among God’s people.
Ministry Purpose
A Chosen Generation is a Christ-centered ministry that exists to equip and train leaders for intergenerational ministry.
Mission Statement
The mission of A Chosen Generation is to provide strategies and resources to leaders to strengthen the intergenerational culture of the local Church.
Statement of Faith
We believe…
1. The Bible to be the only inspired, infallible, inerrant, authoritative Word of God.
2. There is only one God, who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
3. In the full deity and sinless humanity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His miracles, in His substitutionary and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of God the Father and Creator, and in His personal return in power and glory.
4. In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost—the saved to the resurrection of life and the lost to damnation.
5. The salvation of man is provided by God through grace alone, and only through faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. Christ’s death is the full, perfect and sufficient sacrifice for the sin of man.
6. In the spiritual unity of all believers in Christ.
A Chosen Generation bases all teachings and materials on these truths and does not address denominational distinctives.

FAITH
We believe that Jesus is Lord and the ultimate model for ministry, relationships, and personal growth. We value a personal response to all that is presented in the Bible as the living truth of God.
INTEGRITY
We are committed to operating with spiritual and moral integrity in our personal lives, in ministry, relationships and finances.
THE LOCAL CHURCH
We value the church as the Bride of Christ, commissioned by God, to reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. All those who confess Jesus as Lord should be an active, vital part of a local body of believers under the authority of a godly Shepherd. We are committed to support the local church.
THE POWER OF THE INTERGENERATIONAL CHURCH
We value every generation. We believe the power of the church can best be realized and released through intentional intergenerational relationships.
SPIRITUAL MATURITY FOR ALL BELIEVERS
We believe spiritual maturity is progressively realized in all believers through constant use and training and the power of the Holy Spirit so that one is able to discern good from evil, courageously act on the good and take responsibility for their decision.
AUTHENTIC GODLY ADULTHOOD
We believe God alone has ordained when a child becomes an adult. It is the church’s responsibility with parents to acknowledge, define and affirm godly adulthood.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
We value all leaders in the church. We are committed to encouraging the training of leaders of all ages through intentional intergenerational relationships.

Standards by which we strive to operate:
We constantly strive to have the mind, heart and attitude of Jesus Christ in all aspects of our personal lives and in the ministry operations of A Chosen Generation.
We use the Bible alone as our final authority and model for ministry, relationships and personal growth.
We are devoted to consistent, disciplined prayer both personally and corporately.
We will demonstrate by our actions our commitment to the local church. We will actively strive to assist churches to connect with and disciple believers of all ages to establish and maintain vital, healthy relationships within the context of the church.
Every staff member or associate of A Chosen Generation must remain in committed service to a local church and under the authority of its Shepherd.
We will demonstrate by our actions that we value relationships above results. We are devoted to honoring, serving, caring and showing compassion to others around us, realizing every moment is an opportunity to serve God by serving others.
We are committed to maintaining personal integrity and accountability in all aspects of the ministry.
We will be professional, purposeful and excellent in all ministry events and activities. We will use aggressive, cutting edge tools and strategies in order to be as effective as possible.
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY
A Chosen Generation is a not for profit 501 (c) (3) and seeks to operate with the highest standards of financial accountability and biblical stewardship.
